By purchasing a ticket, accepting a ticket as a gift or transfer, or entering the festival site, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. The Event is organised by the Spirit of Eden Festival organising team. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not purchase a ticket or attend the Event. 

• A valid ticket and wristband are required for entry to the Event and must be worn at all times while on site. 
• Tickets are non-transferable once a wristband has been issued, and are non-refundable except as set out in Section 9 (Cancellation, postponement and adverse weather). 
• We reserve the right to refuse entry or to eject any ticket holder without refund where reasonably necessary for the safety of that person or others, or for breach of these terms. 
• Bags and persons may be searched on entry. Entry may be refused if prohibited items are found. 
• Re-entry to the Event is not automatic once you have left the site and is granted only with the approval of festival staff at the gate. 
• The Event operates under Temporary Event Notice, which sets the maximum number of persons permitted on site at any one time. We may refuse entry, including to ticket holders, where this limit would otherwise be exceeded. 
• If you appear to be under the age of 25, you will be asked to provide valid photo ID before being served alcohol. 
• Children attending the Event must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times, including overnight in the campsite. Spirit of Eden is an adult-oriented festival environment featuring live amplified music, licensed bars, and open fire areas; parents and carers should consider whether the Event is suitable for younger children before bringing them. 
• Alcohol is sold on site under permitted licensing hours and may only be consumed within those hours. 
• Personal alcohol brought onto the site is not permitted. Drink-related incidents involving alcohol not purchased from our licensed bar fall outside our event insurance cover, and this policy is enforced for your safety and ours. 
• No glass containers of any kind are permitted on site. 
• Illegal substances and weapons of any kind are not permitted on site. Please leave these at home. 
• We reserve the right to confiscate prohibited items and to refuse entry or eject any person found in possession of them. 
• Camping is permitted only within allocated pitches as shown on the site tent plan. Walkways and emergency access routes must be kept clear at all times. 
• Open fires are permitted only within designated fire areas, must be kept contained, and must be attended at all times. This is covered under our event insurance; fires lit outside designated areas are not. 
• Naked flames, including candles, lighters left unattended, and gas burners, must not be used inside tents or other canvas structures. 
• Vehicles must remain in the designated car park for the duration of the Event. Driving or moving vehicles once parked on site is not permitted, other than in an emergency or with express staff authorisation. 
• Amplified sound is not permitted within the campsite outside of the Event’s licensed hours. 
• A first aid and medical provision is in place for the duration of the Event. The location of the medical tent will be signposted on site; in an emergency, please find the nearest member of festival staff. 
• You are responsible for disclosing to us, in advance of the Event where possible, any medical condition that festival staff or medical personnel may reasonably need to know about in an emergency. 
• You attend the Event, including any camping, fire areas, and activities, at your own risk, save where loss or injury is caused by our proven negligence. 
• The Organisers hold event public liability insurance. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability which cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. 
• Our insurance cover does not extend to loss, injury or damage arising from the effects of intoxicating drink or drugs, regardless of source. It is your responsibility to drink and behave responsibly while on site. 
• We do not accept liability for loss, theft or damage to personal property brought onto the site, except where caused by our proven negligence. 
• Save as set out above, our liability to you in connection with the Event is limited to the price paid for your ticket. 
• Photography and filming may take place at the Event for promotional and archival purposes. By entering the site, you consent to being included in such photography or footage. If you have concerns about this, please speak to festival staff on arrival. 
• Any personal data you provide when purchasing a ticket will be used to administer your booking and the Event, and will not be shared with third parties except where necessary to deliver or insure the Event, or as required by law. 
• The Event is an outdoor event and will, save in exceptional circumstances, proceed rain or shine. Please come prepared for changeable weather. 
• In the event the Organisers must cancel, abandon or postpone the Event due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we will notify ticket holders as soon as practicable and set out the position on refunds at that time, in line with our event cancellation insurance cover where applicable. 
• We are not liable for any travel, accommodation or other costs you incur in connection with the Event. 
• We expect all ticket holders to treat festival staff, performers and fellow attendees with respect. Abusive or threatening behaviour towards festival staff will result in removal from the Event without refund. 
• We reserve the right to remove any person from the Event, without refund, whose behaviour we reasonably consider to pose a risk to themselves, others, or the smooth running of the Event. 
• These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. 
• We may update these terms from time to time. Each version is dated and numbered above. Where we make a material change affecting safety, payment, or your rights, we will notify ticket holders by email and ask for renewed acceptance where practicable; for minor or clarifying changes, the updated version will be made available without separate notice. Continued attendance at the Event after a material change has been notified will be treated as acceptance of the updated terms. 
• If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
